The Renaissance Group is a diverse investment/stock shareholder group of 48 various companies that interact within every aspect of human life. My name is Reggie Hamilton; the developer and founder of this company. The range of ALL 48 companies within deal in the areas of commercial real estate, health care, electronic communications, television broadcasting, entertainment, clothing, sales and marketing, food distribution, security, medical facilities, real estate development, mineral extractions. Phase 1:



Example, with 100,000 investors (minimum) in the membership (and acquiring more members as ambassadors of The Renaissance Group. Upon various months of this process and obtaining of funds, (real estate development) will begin; whereas we venture to purchase and acquire land, perform the ground-breaking ceremony and start building the residential properties. Per our talks with various banking institutions; as we laid out our 5-fold vision (real estate, mineral extractions, retail sales, agricultural development and sales, to them we have already been estimated to acquire close to if not exceeding $750,000 with a possible open credit line; just to start the various projects



Part 1 of this phase is to continue building with 1 bedroom apartment facilities 1,500 unit facilities with an average living cost of $500-550 + per unit (equating to a gross valued monthly income of $750,000 to $900,000 before any maintenance/management costs are subtracted).



Part 2 of this phase is to continue building with 2 bedroom facilites (1,500 unit facilities) with an average living cost of $600-650 + per unit (equating to a gross valued monthly income of $900,000 to $975,000 before any maintenance/management costs are subtracted).



Part 3 of this phase is to continue building with 3 bedroom facilites (1,500 unit facilities) with an average living cost of $700-750 + per unit (equating to a gross valued monthly income of $1,050,000 to $1,125,000 before any maintenance/management costs are subtracted).



Part 4 of this phase is to continue building with townhome facilites (1,500 unit facilities) with an average living cost of $800-850 + per unit (equating to a gross valued monthly income of $1,200,000 to $1,275,000 before any maintenance/management costs are subtracted).



Part 5 of this phase is to continue building with luxury apartment home facilites (1,500 unit facilities) with an average living cost of $1200-1350+ per unit (equating to a gross valued monthly income of $1,800,000 to $2,025,000 before any maintenance/management costs are subtracted).



Part 6 of this phase is to continue building with family home facilites (1,500 unit facilities) with an average living cost of $2000-3000+ per unit (equating to a gross valued monthly income of $3,000,000 to $4,500,000 before any maintenance/management costs are subtracted).






With just one complex of these 6 parts (1, 2, 3 bedroom, townhome, luxury and family rental home facilites) the gross monthly income would be $8,700,000 to $10,800,000. The objective goal is to produce a group, a triad if you will, of living facilities within various major cities (minimum of 3 properties per city; thus a projective gross monthly income of $26,100,000 to $32,400,000 for the triad). Once this phase is completed, we venture to another MAJOR city in America (presently there are 10 cities in our sights: THOSE CITIES ARE TO BE ANNOUNCED AS TIME PROGRESSES). Once these cities have been obtained; the total gross for The Renaissance Group and ALL of its investors will gross $261,000,000 to $324,000,000 per month with an annual gross of $3,132,000,000 (billion)to $4,104,000,000 (billion) per year (NOT including the various concerts, afterparties, products and other business ventures). Providing contiuous residual income for each investor/shareholder and creating jobs for everyone.



We, here at, The Renaissance Group, have already started the aspect of continuous event parties/social mixers (that we will conduct nationally on a continuous basis). At these events, the premise is to grant the partygoer a release for fun from the woes of life, to showcase new forthcoming talents or products, social causes, etc. Per each patron a ticket fee of $15 or more on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis). With a minimum of 1000 patrons at $15 (minimum) per event that equates to a total of $15,000 per night. At once a month ($15,000), bi-weekly ($30,000) and weekly ($120,000) per month. Annually, this alone will generate ($180,000 per yr with monthly parties/mixers for 1 yr); ($360,000 per yr with bi-weekly parties/mixers for 1 yr); ($1,440,000 per yr with weekly parties/mixers for 1 yr). This effort will be a continuous effort as a source of income for the company.






Other forthcoming areas of endeavor are: Mineral extractions (diamond and Gold), fragrances, agricultural harvesting/manufacturing/distribution & retail sales, health care and more.
