Part 1 of this phase is to continue building
with 1 bedroom apartment facilities 1,500 unit facilities with an average living cost of $500-550 + per unit (equating to
a gross valued monthly income of $750,000 to $900,000 before any maintenance/management costs are subtracted).
Part 2 of this phase is to continue building with 2 bedroom facilites (1,500 unit facilities) with an average living
cost of $600-650 + per unit (equating to a gross valued monthly income of $900,000 to $975,000 before any maintenance/management
costs are subtracted).
Part 3 of this phase is to continue building with 3 bedroom facilites (1,500 unit
facilities) with an average living cost of $700-750 + per unit (equating to a gross valued monthly income of $1,050,000 to

Part 6 of this phase is to continue building with family
home facilites (1,500 unit facilities) with an average living cost of $2000-3000+ per unit (equating to a gross valued monthly

for the triad). Once this phase is completed, we venture to another MAJOR city in America (presently there are 10 cities
in our sights: THOSE CITIES ARE TO BE ANNOUNCED AS TIME PROGRESSES). Once these cities have been obtained; the total gross
for The Renaissance Group and ALL of its investors will gross $261,000,000 to $324,000,000 per month with an annual gross
of $3,132,000,000 (billion)to $4,104,000,000 (billion) per year (NOT including the various concerts, afterparties, products
and other business ventures). Providing contiuous residual income for each investor/shareholder and creating jobs for everyone.
We, here at, The Renaissance Group, have already started the aspect of continuous event parties/social mixers (that
we will conduct nationally on a continuous basis). At these events, the premise is to grant the partygoer a release for fun
from the woes of life, to showcase new forthcoming talents or products, social causes, etc. Per each patron a ticket fee
of $15 or more on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis). With a minimum of 1000 patrons at $15 (minimum) per event that equates
to a total of $15,000 per night. At once a month ($15,000), bi-weekly ($30,000) and weekly ($120,000) per month. Annually,
this alone will generate ($180,000 per yr with monthly parties/mixers for 1 yr); ($360,000 per yr with bi-weekly parties/mixers
for 1 yr); ($1,440,000 per yr with weekly parties/mixers for 1 yr). This effort will be a continuous effort as a source of
income for the company.
